What I missed the most when I moved to Boston

You may have noticed things have been quiet from me over the past year. After I moved to Boston in 2014 I decided to take some time for adjustment and change.

It has been quite the transition for me and in one year a lot has changed. I put my health coaching on hold while I took time to acclimate myself to a new city, a new job, new apartment, new friendships, and a new love. It’s been wonderful. exhausting, fun, stressful, and exciting all at the same time.

So while I’ve been getting used to my life here in Boston and things are falling into place, I’ve started to feel there was something missing. After a lot of reflection, I’ve realized that something is you! Yes, I miss you, I miss this community, and I miss being able to help guide and support you on this life long journey towards health, happiness, and growth.

My hope now is to be able to offer you more support, more tips, more recipes, and more loving ways to take care of your body and your life.
