And without any further ado, here is my delicious (& versatile!) recipe for a delicious, vegan-friendly ice cream.

Guilt Free Ice Cream

Makes 2 servings so you can share with a lucky friend 🙂

  • 2 frozen bananas (peel, chop, and freeze ahead of time)
  • ¼ cup coconut milk or almond milk
  • Try these combinations or create your own flavor: 1 tbsp. dark choc. chips & 1 tsp. peppermint extract for mint choc. chip; 1 tbsp. nuts & ½ tbsp. cacao powder for rocky road; 1 tbsp. PB or almond butter for PB ice cream.

Blend ingredients together until smooth. Serve cold. ENJOY!
