My Story

A few years ago I was not living a very happy or healthy life. In fact I was extremely unhappy – unhappy with my relationships, unhappy with my health, unhappy with my career, and unhappy with myself.

I was suffering from migraines, stress, depression, constant dehydration and fatigue – I woke up every morning feeling gross, not wanting to get up and in some sort of pain (and I was only in my early twenties!).

Something had to give – so I signed up for the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and things started to turn around immediately. Over the past couple of years I was able to cure myself of my suffering and began to create a happy life that I love. I did this all without prescriptions or crazy diets. I’ve discovered first hand the impact that food can have on a person’s well-being and that by simply making a few changes, you can make a world of difference in the way you feel.

Now, my mission is to help others experience the transformative effects that some good food and a little self-love can create.

My Training

I received my training from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, where I learned more than one hundred dietary theories and studied a variety of practical lifestyle coaching methods. Drawing on this knowledge, I will help you create a completely personalized “roadmap to health” that suits your unique body, lifestyle, preferences, and goals.
